Purcell is a nice city, when people come here to watch their kids/family play baseball or softball they should come to a nice facility. As it stands right now, the complex isn't even handicap...

Purcell is a nice city, when people come here to watch their kids/family play baseball or softball they should come to a nice facility. As it stands right now, the complex isn't even handicap accessible, you can't park anywhere unless you have a 4 wheel drive and there are no bleachers to sit on. I would like to see an actual sports complex contractor come in and revamp all of it. There needs to be cement walk ways between the fields for wheel chairs, wagons, strollers and equipment bags, handicap parking, the parking lot needs to be asphalt with lines so people can get in and out, the other parking areas need to be either asphalt or gravel with cement walk ways into the complex for wheel chairs, strollers, wagons and equipment bags. I have been to a lot of complexes and its disheartening to see Purcell's in such bad shape with no way to change it unless the people come together and vote for a grant or for the city to take over the management and upkeep of it.
