The City of Purcell, OK as sponsor for the Purcell Municipal Airport - Steven E. Shephard Field hereby announces a proposed overall DBE goal for its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The proposed overall goal for FAA-AIP funded projects in FY 2022 through FY 2024 is 1.48%.

About the Purcell Municipal Airport

The Purcell Municipal Airport, Steven E Shephard Field - 3O3, is a 70 acre airport with a 3003 x 60 foot asphalt, lit runway. The airport boats a comfortable lounge for visitors & pilots with restrooms, refreshments, and a beautiful view of Purcell Lake and the surrounding area. A courtesy car is available at no charge to visitors. Hangar rentals are available- with new hangars being built in 2023.

Self-served Aircraft 100 LL fuel is available on site 24/7.

Nearby restaurants, hotels, recreation and other amenities add to the attraction of visitors and businesses alike.
